Demise/RunUO: you can use snowpiles against someone while stealthing and not being revealed, and while mounted

OSI: time ago, someone in game told me in OSI you can't use snowpiles while mounted. About the stealthing, it's much a curiosity of mine.

docs: "someone who told me in game time ago"? Well... no docs.

to do: requesting OSI verification on the use of snowpiles while stealthing (do you get revealed?) and while mounted (can you?)

You can't be mounted to make a snowball or throw it
You can make a snowball while hidden
You will be revealed when you throw a snowball but only if the throw is successful what I mean by this is if you get the message about only being able to throw one at someone who has the ability to throw one back you won't be revealed

The only aspect I want to know how is done in OSI is:

can you make a snowball while casting an ethereal mount, so in the end you find yourself mounted and with snowball ready?

okie-dokie, then is only about "you cannot make a snowball while mounted"

And this is the patch that should work as intended.

edit and suggestion for much experienced coder: can Snowpile.cs and PileofGlacialSnow.cs be consolidated? Except for some little differencies, these scripts are equal!

Have just tested this on BAD tc all seems to be as it should. I tested this on an ethereal mount and on a horse i brought from a stables both times i got the message " You cannot use this while mounted". I was able to make a snowball whilst casting an ethereal mount.


So in conclusion this all seems good to go into ready.
