Default [SVN] Commit costs on custom houses - 01-06-2010

Behavior on Demise: There is a 500 commit charge for every door and teleporter you have in your house.
Behavior on OSI: As of AoS there should be no commit charge
Supporting Documentation (URLs): None needed
Changes needed: Remove the commit charge for all doors and teleporters.

You get these commit charges regardless of changes you make to your house, even if you make NO changes.

A fix for this and if you are getting a refund, it will show "Your Refund: *refund*" in green (like on OSI). Before it was just showing a negative cost.
